This website is operated by Diwi Panahon-Rocha ("I", "me", "my"), an executive and leadership coach and HR & OD consultant based in the Philippines. I respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
What I Collect
Information you give me
When you use the contact form or email me, I receive the details you choose to share, such as:
- your name and email address
- your role and organisation (optional)
- the type of support you're enquiring about
- anything you write in your message
Please don't include sensitive personal information (for example, health information) in the form. If it's relevant, we can discuss it in a confidential conversation.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or its own cookies. However, some technical information is processed automatically by the services that make the site work:
- Hosting and security: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- Blog content: articles are managed with Sanity, and any images in them are delivered from Sanity's content network, which receives your IP address when it serves an image.
- Videos: podcast videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. Once you do, YouTube (Google) may collect information and set cookies under its own privacy policy.
How I Use It
I use the information you share to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange an introductory conversation
- scope and set up a coaching or consulting engagement, if we decide to work together
- keep a record of our correspondence
I process this information because you've asked me to respond to you, to take steps toward an agreement at your request, and for my legitimate interest in running my practice. I will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your consent, and I never sell personal information.
Coaching Conversations
This policy covers information shared through the website. If we work together, what we discuss in coaching is confidential and handled under our coaching agreement and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. Where an organisation sponsors the coaching, what is shared with the sponsor is agreed with you in advance.
Who I Share It With
I only share personal information with trusted service providers who help me run this website and my practice, and only as needed:
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to my inbox
- Google Workspace, which hosts my email
- Cloudflare, which hosts and secures this website
- Sanity, which stores blog content and serves its images
- YouTube, as described above
Some of these providers store or process data outside the Philippines. Where that happens, I rely on providers with established security and privacy commitments. I may also disclose information where required by law.
How Long I Keep It
I keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally no longer than two years after our last contact. If we work together, records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by law or professional standards, then securely deleted.
How I Protect It
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and I use reputable providers with strong security practices and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but I take reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect your information.
Your Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal information is processed
- access the personal information I hold about you
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it
- ask me to erase or block your information
- receive your information in a portable format
- be compensated for damages caused by unlawful processing
- lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission

Children
This website and my services are intended for adults. I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date at the top.
